The COVID-19 pandemic has been a major crisis, impacting many aspects of the medical and research infrastructure, including laboratory management. A number of laboratories and biobanks had to adapt their activities both efficiently and quickly, and in some cases competing for available staff and resources. This presentation provides a summary of some of the first published experiences in the field.
