The BIBBOX (Basic Infrastructure Building Box) is an integration  platform for open-source software in the biobank domain that provides a single, unified user experience. It enables biobanks to integrate information and applications into one service where users have quick access to all services specific to their role. It also includes an automatic classification system for pathological findings and multilevel data glyphs for interactive exploration of the classified records.
