Cancer Prevention Europe Online Programme Now Accredited by the European Union of Medical Specialists!

What does this mean?

We are proud to announce that our training has been officially accredited by the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS). This accreditation means that participants are eligible to receive 3 ECMEC® credits upon successful completion of the evaluation form and self-assessment component for the first set of modules on the European Code Against Cancer, 4th edition.

You havent taken the course yet? Now is the time to discover it and validate your certificate.

  1. Complete the 13 self-learning modules on the European Code Against Cancer, 4th edition.
  2. Enrol in the learning programme evaluation and complete the survey and final quiz. 
  3. After completing steps 1 and 2, you will receive a certificate.
  4. Submit your certificate to your national competent authority to convert the 3 ECMEC® credits into 3 CME credits.
  5. To check whether your national authority is affiliated with UEMS, please visit https://eaccme.uems.eu/collaborations-european.

The IARC Summer School offers a unique multicultural and multidisciplinary learning environment, to expand your network and enable interactions with IARC faculty and invited international experts, as well as among participants. Two modules are offered (each participant can attend only one module):

1) Introduction to Cancer Epidemiology

2) Implementing Cancer Prevention and Early Detection
